September 19 @ 6:00 pm7:30 pm

Join naturalist Emily Grafton on a discovery of the spiritual, religious, medicinal, and edible realm of our relationship with nature. Over the years studying West Virginia’s flora, she has been fascinated with the historical relationships people developed over thousands of years with plants. This program will share some of the enduring knowledge and habits related to plants that people have acquired over millennia.

This program is part of our monthly Wild Wonders series, made possible with support from the Friends of the 500th. These programs occur on the third Saturday of the month, April through October.
